Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and validate financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness •Perform variance analysis, identify key drivers of financial performance, highlight risks and opportunities and provide insightful recommendations to guide management decision making •Manage the cost allocation process to Business units and support the process of quarterly forecasts •Support in analysis of Accounts Receivables and opportunities to improve days sales outstanding •Interface directly with the Account team in improving Install & Warranty forecast process & accuracy •Support various ad-hoc project analysis as required. Identify and implement improvements in finance processes •Manage and guide the IBM Guadalajara (ACE) team in the weekly tracking & cost management of North America and Field Operations groups Qualifications: •Proficiency in financial planning and analysis and business partnering •Strong data collation, manipulation, reporting and modeling skills. Experience with financial systems (SAP & BPC ERP System, Tableau or Power BI) a plus •Excellent influencing and customer relationship skills with an ability to collaborate broadly •Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision •Proactive, passionate, curious individual with strong desire to learn and grow •Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting/finance or related field (Master's Degree/MBA Preferred) •For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
