Join us! •The Global Financial Crimes Threat Identification & Liaison Manager is a subject matter expert on financial crime and is responsible for executing enterprise financial crime threat identification practices consistent with applicable laws, rules, regulations and regulatory guidance. •Conducts identification and assessment of emerging financial crime threats and typologies impacting high-risk customer types and recommends risk mitigation priorities •Maintains working-level relationships with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and industry organizations to support intelligence sharing, public-private collaboration, and threat awareness •Translates internal and external intelligence into threat assessments, targeted risk analyses, and actionable recommendations for review by senior leadership •Advises FLU/CF compliance and operational risk officers and prepares materials for governance routines on significant financial crime threats, regulatory developments, and customer risk assessment Qualifications: •Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and related AML legislation, financial crime typologies, and regulatory expectations related to fraud, economic sanctions, and illicit finance risks •Demonstrated capacity to influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders, government agencies, law enforcement partners, and external stakeholders •Proven and technical ability to analyze complex data, financial services products and services, identify trends and insights, and communicate recommendations clearly in writing •Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment in a dynamic risk environment •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, and experience leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies to support risk management objectives •Bachelor's degree in a related field; experience in financial services and/or a related government entity •Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
