Required Skills: •Perform duties in support of the direction and vision of the overall discipline. •Oversee, direct, and manage the work effort of assigned staff. •Partner cross-functionally with other GDL’s within the region and with the Regional Discipline Leader. •Lead and oversee productivity, profitability, client satisfaction and quality of work. •Active involvement with marketing and business development. •Lead and oversee proposal development, contract execution, billing and collection. •Monitor work backlog and the sharing of work within the region and discipline. •Actively involved in the cross selling of all company services.
