Required Skills: •Promote teamwork, accountability, and a safety-first culture. •Supervise multiple facility maintenance and repair Teams in different regions of the world. •Provide generator technical expertise and guidance for Technicians. •Provide mentorship, leadership, coaching and guidance for technicians to improve their technical abilities, communication and administrative skills. •Prepare Teams for visits with full documentation and information. •Review site material and equipment lists for accuracy. •Prepare cost estimates for site visits. •Review site reports, checklists and completed work order for completeness and technical accuracy. Qualifications: •Strong comprehension of generator equipment and systems to include, but not limited to generators, automatic transfer switches, load banks, and fuel systems. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications. •Demonstrated capacity to logically diagnosis system faults under pressure. •Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills. •Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Use of Microsoft Office Suite programs. •Demonstrated capacity to provide on-call availability. •Graduate of a state approved/accredited or military program that provides formal training in electrical generating and power transfer equipment AND have 7 years’ experience (to have been completed in the last 15 years) in generator design or renovation. •An active Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
