Qualifications: •Executive experience at major platforms such as SERVPRO, BELFOR, ServiceMaster, or BluSky. •Master's degree or higher in Business, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Compensation: •$135,000 - $150,000 / year •Competitive base salary of $135,000 to $150,000 with performance-based bonus opportunities •Proven track record leading organizations or business units with $15M–$50M in annual revenue.
