Required Skills: •Along with EOL, manages the Office Budget. •Along with EOL, reviews secured revenue to communicate profit projects and forecasts all OHL for office. •Assists EOL with office personnel management including working with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs and Human Resources on dismissals. •Ensures personnel career growth conversations are held with the local Team Leads to set and measure goals for their employees. •Oversees local Business Development for the office and participates in proposal review. •Assists EOL with sponsoring regional and companywide programs and identifies individuals to participate. •Acts as a resource for EOL and teams regarding local Trade Partner and Owner Issues. •Works with Office Manager (where applicable) and accountable for office renovations & improvements, seating arrangements, office parties or celebrations, and major BD events.
