Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. •Seven or more years of general liability claims handling experience. •Two or more years of leadership or supervisory experience within a claims environment. •Demonstrated capacity to obtain a Florida All Lines Adjuster License and maintain required reciprocal licenses in states where Publix operates. •Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed. •Strong knowledge of liability claims investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement practices. •Understanding of civil law, legal procedures, litigation-related concepts, and applicable statutes. •Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and team development skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. •Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field, or a master's degree in any discipline.
