Required Skills: •Lead and oversee supervising and directing a crew of linemen engaged in above-grade electrical work for high-voltage substation EPC projects. Qualifications: •High school diploma or GED; completion of a recognized lineman apprenticeship program. (or equivalent work experience). Osha 10 & 30, NFPA70E, Journeyman License, Master Electrician. •Prior supervisory or foreman experience leading lineman crews. Proven experience with union labor management and nationwide manpower scheduling. •In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, and safety management on high voltage sites. •Strong communication skills, Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure while managing simultaneous critical infrastructure construction operations. •Proficiency in overhead transmission and distribution systems and the ability to read and interpret staking sheets, electrical diagrams, and construction plans. •Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
