Required Skills: •(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.) •Partner with the President/CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute annual business plans and long-term strategic initiatives. •Establish organizational objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operating priorities for all Business Support Group functions. •Provide executive-level recommendations regarding operational priorities, organizational structure, resource allocation, and investment decisions. •Ensure alignment between President/CEO expectations, headquarters requirements, organizational capabilities, and available resources to support sustainable business growth. •Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and performance oversight to department managers and senior managers responsible for General Affairs, Facility Management, Information Technology, ERP, and related support functions. •Establish governance standards, accountability frameworks, operating disciplines, and performance review processes across all functional areas. •Monitor organizational performance and validate execution results against approved business plans and objectives. Qualifications: •Executive leadership and business acumen. •Strategic planning and organizational development capability. •Budget management and financial analysis skills. •In-depth knowledge of General Affairs, Facility Management, Corporate Services, Information Technology, and ERP governance. •Demonstrated capacity to influence and collaborate with executive leadership, headquarters, regional organizations, and cross-functional stakeholders. •Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. •Risk management and business continuity planning capability. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. •Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field. •Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facility Management, Construction Management, Information Technology, or Related Discipline.
