Identify gelcoat imperfections and determine appropriate repair methods. •Surface Preparation: Grind out defective areas or smooth rough edges using tools like Dremels, grinders, and sanders. •Repairs: Cut and apply fiberglass layers to damaged areas and shape to match contours. Perform color matching to ensure consistency with surrounding surfaces. •Cosmetic Detailing: Sand, buff, and polish repaired areas to a smooth, high-gloss finish. Perform general cosmetic maintenance. •Safety & Quality Compliance: Follow defined instructions, safety rules, and chemical handling protocols. •Other: All duties as assigned. Qualifications: •Experience: Zero (0) to six (6) months of work experience, which can be combined with education.
