Your work will directly impact patient lives. •As a Gel Prep Operator, you will contribute to the manufacturing of pharmaceutical softgels, gaining hands-on experience with multiple technologies and equipment. You’ll also collaborate with the on-site Product Development team to support new product innovations. •Prepares, blends, and mixes batches under supervision by operating blending equipment and completing batch paperwork in compliance with SOPs and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). •Accurately completes documentation related to the gelatin process and updates SOPs for the assigned department as needed. •Cleans, inspects, and sanitizes gelatin receivers and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized work area. •Follows all safety policies and procedures, including handling of non-hazardous, hazardous, and DEA waste. Qualifications: •Weighs and mixes raw materials according to batch record instructions to produce gelatin for encapsulation, supporting the shop floor schedule. Processes master batches and color conversions per SOP and batch record guidelines. •High school diploma or equivalent required; prior manufacturing experience in a GMP-regulated environment preferred.
