Qualifications: •Minimum of 5 years' experience dedicated to Global Capability Center strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation inclusive of software development and engineering for products and platforms. •Minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, including leading and delivering complex cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, technology, and business teams. •Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven engineering insights to improve innovation, delivery speed, quality, and business outcomes. •Demonstrated expertise in NPD/Innovation development and/or scaling for clients •Proven experience in building and scaling engineering organizations, product engineering teams, and global delivery centers within GCC environments, including establishing engineering operating models, delivery excellence frameworks, and innovation-led capabilities. •In-depth knowledge of modern engineering practices, including agile development, cloud-native architectures, automation, DevOps, digital engineering, and software quality engineering. •Demonstrated experience designing and implementing engineering governance frameworks, capability-building strategies, and scalable delivery models that drive business value, innovation, and operational excellence. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives and senior business leaders. •We anticipate this job posting will be posted until 11/30/2026.
