Required Skills: •Operate equipment that fuses polyethylene pipe. This position requires operating a Company Vehicle to and from various job sites consistently more than 20% of the average work week. If selected for this position, Core & Main will run a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report. •Major Task, Responsibilities And Key Accountabilities •Determine appropriate method and equipment necessary to weld specialize thermoplastic polyethylene pipe. •Provide & assist in custom electric and butt-welding HDPE piping systems and repairing of these systems. •Communicates with customers to assist with their needs. •Identify and prioritize fusion welds and needed repairs on customer projects. Qualifications: •Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older. •Must pass pre-employment assessment(s) if applicable. •HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
