Hiring: Fund Controller Company: 3 Bridge Networks Location: New York, United States Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 17:36:03 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel About the job Experience: •7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including meaningful private equity, venture capital, hedge fund, fund administration, or alternative investment experience Required Skills: •Oversee fund accounting and financial reporting across multiple private equity funds and related entities •Manage the quarterly and annual close process, including review of NAV calculations, financial statements, capital account statements, and supporting schedules •Review capital calls, distributions, management fees, carried interest allocations, expense allocations, and investment activity •Partner closely with third-party fund administrators to ensure accurate and timely reporting •Prepare and review investor reporting, fund financial statements, and other limited partner deliverables •Coordinate annual audits and tax processes with external auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators •Support cash management, capital activity, and fund liquidity planning •Maintain and strengthen fund accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting processes Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field •In-depth knowledge of private equity fund accounting, partnership accounting, capital calls, distributions, management fees, carried interest, and investor reporting •Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements •Advanced Excel skills and experience with fund accounting or reporting systems •Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines •Polished communicator with a collaborative, hands-on approach •This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role within a growing private equity platform and help build scalable fund finance processes for the future.
