Required Skills: •Prepares operations information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends for internal/external audits, root cause analysis to identify efficiencies and opportunities for improvement. •Identifies operations project requirements by interviewing customers (both internal/external); analyzing operations; determining project scope; documenting results; identifying phases and elements. •Prepares customers to use system by conducting training; writing documentation; providing support and help. •Develops operation problem solutions by describing requirements in a work-flowchart and diagram; studying system capabilities; analyzing alternative solutions; preparing functional specifications. •Review/Research operations systems by analyzing and resolving problems; reviewing system integrity and security; establishing and enforcing operation standards. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. •7-9 years experience in an operations role. •Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSAs) •Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and similar applications. •Demonstrated capacity to create graphics and report to non-technical audiences. •Self-starter and ability to collaborate in a team environment. •Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
