Required Skills: •Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full stack applications, APIs, and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve user experiences, and support critical Contact Center & Telephony Services business functions. •Build cloud-native solutions using modern technologies and engineering practices, leveraging Python, Azure services, system integrations, and event-driven architectures to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort. •Develop and support intuitive dashboards, reporting solutions, and data-driven applications that provide actionable insights into operational performance, service delivery, and business outcomes. •Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, reliable, and maintainable software solutions while contributing to architecture, design, and technology decisions. •Champion engineering excellence through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives that ensure application quality, scalability, and reliability.
