Required Skills: •Whichever Team You Join, You Will •Ship features end to end, from planning through production. •Partner directly with Product Managers and Designers to shape your team's roadmap, not just execute against it. •Own a feature area or system's long-term health: reliability, performance, and the parts of the codebase nobody notices until they break. •Review code and mentor other developers on your team. •Raise the bar on tooling, testing, and delivery practices. •Our core stack is TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MySQL. Some teams use C# or Python. You don't need to already know every piece of it to apply. You'll land on a team of 5 to 10 people and take on-call rotation as part of the role. Within your first 6 months, you'll own a feature area or system outright. •You won't pick a team on your application. We place you based on your background, what comes up in your interviews (technical screen plus a team-fit conversation), and where the openings are at the time.
