Required Skills: •Perform in-depth troubleshooting of application, workflow, and data-related issues by analyzing logs, database records, and configurations; implemented permanent fixes to improve system reliability and performance. •Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to prioritize deliverables and ensure timely execution of sprint goals. •Design, develop, and customize business rules using rule frameworks and scripting to meet complex business logic, governance, and compliance requirements. •Develop and maintained custom and operational reports by querying relational databases (SQL) to support audit, compliance, and business reporting needs. •Create Task Definitions and scheduled automated jobs for periodic data aggregation, identity refreshes, and system maintenance activities. •Partner cross-functionally with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders) to integrate new enhancements into existing environments and ensure smooth deployments. •Design, develop, and customize workflows to automate business processes, reduce manual effort, and improve turnaround time for operational tasks. •Work closely with vendors and their support teams to review architecture, apply best practices, perform performance tuning, and resolve production issues efficiently. Qualifications: •Bachelors Degree with 5+ years of full stack development experience (or commensurate experience) •Clearance Required: Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance •Preferred Skills and Experience: Minimum of 7 years of SailPoint Development experience supporting ARIS. •Posted Salary Range: USD $154,000.00 - USD $154,000.00 /Yr.
