Required Skills: •Responsible for building a team of high-performing Supervisors in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. This role is responsible for delivering and executing daily and short-term plans to achieve operational and business objectives. •Manage multiple Fulfillment Supervisors, Warehouse Leads, full-time/temporary associates •Build strong rapport with partners, including managing relationships, setting expectations, and providing status communications; develop and maintain a regular cadence of meetings with multiple client accounts to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction. •Maintain safety, customer service, and productivity standards daily. •Promote constant and measurable improvement; teach and enforce SCLS’ Quality Policy at all times. •Communicate to operations’ staff in areas such as: objectives, policies, procedures, safety methods, practices, programs, etc. •Create and maintain inventory control, audit and cycle count procedures, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with company policies and procedures. •Perform, maintain, track and report inventory adjustment and relevant findings. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to adjust strategy on the fly while functioning in a high-stress environment to obtain operational goals •Demonstrated capacity to understand the life cycle of the fulfillment business and how it pertains to each unique customer •Demonstrated capacity to build a cohesive team that exemplifies SCLS’ values and operates to support SCLS’ mission statement •Strong written and verbal communications skills •Demonstrated capacity to identify and understand problems, challenges, and opportunities by analyzing and comparing data to reach a proper conclusion •Ability and passion to deliver excellent customer service and develop mutually benefiting relationships with all partners •Demonstrated capacity to influence change management and operational performance from areas outside of his/her direct control •Demonstrated capacity to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals •Demonstrated capacity to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and set priorities •Demonstrated capacity to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of Managers, Clients and public Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
