Required Skills: •As a FSQA Tech you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. •Performing physical and visual inspections of products and plant systems. •Documenting and calculating results accurately. •Taking corrective action when necessary, such as alerting appropriate personnel to adjust processes, identifying, segregating, and isolating non-conforming products, and reporting results to management. •Handling additional assignments as requested. •Environment: Normal for a food manufacturing setting. •Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork. •Demonstrated capacity to lead by example and motivate the hourly workforce.
