Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, or Engineering discipline. •PCQI certified or SQF Practitioner with at least 5 years of experience. •Knowledge of Sanitation, Pest Control, HACCP, GMP, FSMA, SQF, BRC, USDA, FDA, GFSI, Non-GMO, Halal, and Kosher. •Oversee QA testing for all Production and Packaging lines. Enforce strict Sanitation and Allergen controls. •Review, Investigate and resolve Customer complaints by conducting Root-Cause analysis and immediately implementing sustainable Corrective Actions. •Provide employee training for Quality compliance of AIB, GMP, BRC, SQF, HACCP and Food Quality Safety. •Implement Traceability and Mock Recall procedures and practices.
