Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with customer centric mindset to focus on client needs. •7–10 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles in Agile environments in Technology Risk and control domain •Strong hands-on experience with user story writing, story mapping, backlog management, and Scrum ceremonies. •Solid understanding of Risk & Controls frameworks, including RCSA. •Demonstrated ability to prioritize the items that maximize business value while receiving requests from multiple stakeholders at the same times. •Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and team members to drive collaboration and alignment. •Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. •In depth analytical skills with the ability to synthesize findings. •Successful track record of developing products within deadlines and commitments. •Demonstrated experience facilitating collaborative sessions, managing customer expectations, and ensuring work is aligned with the enterprise goals and objectives.
