Reporting to the Operations Excellence Senior Manager, the OX Frontline Engagement Leader will work shoulder-to-shoulder with bakery leadership teams in supporting the execution of the OX Playbook. •The OX Frontline Engagement Leader must have technical competency and coaching and communication skills. An understanding of a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required.
