Required Skills: •Visa Sponsorship: We offer sponsorship under specific treaty-based U.S. work visas, including TN and E-2 (Talan is a French Company). We do not support or transfer other visa types (e.g., H-1B, OPT, etc). •Monitor the health and availability of Front Office trading applications, ensuring services are running efficiently and resolving issues promptly •Provide day-to-day support to traders, responding to application-related questions and troubleshooting production issues •Perform application releases and deployments in coordination with development teams •Investigate, diagnose, and escalate production incidents as needed to minimize business impact •Partner cross-functionally with development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure system stability and continuous improvement •Maintain operational procedures and support documentation •Partner cross-functionally with development and global support teams across New York, Montreal, London, and Paris. Qualifications: •Understanding of Fixed Income products and trading workflows •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Quantitative Finance, or a related field. •Previous exposure to a Front Office or financial markets environment. •Good knowledge of Unix/Linux and SQL. •Bash or shell scripting knowledge is a plus but not mandatory. •Knowledge of Fixed Income products, including bonds, CDS, and CDX, is preferred. •Understanding of pricing, risk calculations, or electronic trading workflows is a plus. •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and remain effective under pressure. •Autonomous, client-focused, proactive, and team-oriented.
