Required Skills: •Safety Leadership •Champion BIW safety culture and enforce all safety standards and procedures across operations. •Ensure proper PPE use, hazard awareness, and adherence to safe work practices. •Support safety training and continuous improvement in workplace safety performance. •Lead execution of Electrical construction activities to support ship/unit schedules. •Monitor the quality of work performed; ensure first-time quality through proper oversight and training. •Support Plan of the Week (POW) execution and coordinate with area management to align resources with operational needs. •Operational Management Qualifications: •College level training or military A-school electrical training. •Minimum of 5 years experience in marine electrical combat testing and system activation. •Demonstrated capacity to work with outside AGEIS Test Team. •Security clearance or ability to obtain Security clearance. •This position requires you to be able to obtain a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration and you must be able to obtain an interim security clearance within the first 45 days of hire.
