Required Skills: •This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of the details, is comfortable juggling a wide range of responsibilities, and enjoys creating a well-run, welcoming workplace. •Manage the front desk and provide reliable on-site coverage from 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. •Welcome and assist employees, candidates, customers, vendors, and other visitors. •Manage visitor registration, badges and meeting-room coordination. •Own incoming and outgoing mail, packages, equipment shipments, and courier coordination. •Actively facilitate and support day-to-day operation of the office, including supplies, conference rooms, kitchens, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination. •Coordinate and set up communal lunches, including catering, delivery, setup, and cleanup. •Prepare conference rooms and common areas for company meetings, customer meetings, interviews, executive visits, and employee events. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree preferred. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing needs. •Proactive and service-oriented approach with strong ownership and follow-through. •Proficiency with standard business tools such as Microsoft Office, Slack and Jira. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams. •Reliable availability to work on-site Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. •Demonstrated capacity to lift and move packages and office supplies weighing up to approximately 30 pounds.
