Required Skills: •Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer fraud or misconduct allegations routed from various departments, review leads and determine the appropriate course of action. •Investigate dealer misconduct or collusion, including power booking, payment packing, fake down payments, and document tampering. •Analyze auto loan applications, funding packages, and account activity for indicators of fraud, including identity theft, straw purchases, income/occupancy misrepresentation, synthetic identities, and forged documents. •Conduct full reviews of dealer fraud claims, including high-volume or active dealers, to substantiate or verify allegations, and manage any resulting referrals, actions or communication. •Maintain primary responsibility for analyzing and reviewing, and improving reports, to communicate findings/patterns/trends to the appropriate stakeholders. •Conduct post-funding reviews and contract audits using internal and third-party data sources (e.g., LexisNexis, TLO, Clear, MVR). •Interview applicants, dealers, and internal staff to gather statements and verify facts. •Prepare detailed fraud case reports, summaries, and recommendations for internal stakeholders and legal counsel.
