Internal medicine, family medicine, and emergency medicine are not a fit for this particular bench •Active or very recent clinical practice required. This role depends on your current connection to care delivery •Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI in healthcare, whether that's model evaluation, clinical validation work, deploying or piloting AI tools in a health system, or research at the intersection •Real, practical experience with LLMs. Prompt engineering, evaluation, red-teaming, fine-tuning, or building with them directly •Technical fluency and coding experience. Python, notebooks, working with datasets, vibe coding, or shipping something alongside a technical team all count •Strong written communication.
