Required Skills: •The FP&A Associate will provide wholistic financial management of a portfolio of ~1GW of thermal and Utility scale renewable power plants in operations. •Wholistic financial management includes monthly performance review, monthly forecasting of EBITDA and earnings, annual budgeting, identifying financial risk and opportunities, working with asset management and operations leaders to optimize financial performance •Support lender and tax equity relationship and reporting •Demonstrated capacity to coordinate different projects cross functional. Influence without direct authority •Good communicator, able to tell business driver stories from the numbers •Good analytical and time management skills •Bring strong attention to detail and ability to zoom out and see the big picture •Proven ability to produce high quality work and meet deadlines Qualifications: •In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) including experience with financial reporting, forecasting and analysis across the income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows. •Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with accounting systems, SAP, BPC, Anaplan or similar •Has experience with financial oversight for renewable power plants or thermal power plant.
