This position plays a vital role in the melt process for a variety of investment casting products. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, safety-focused, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and team-oriented manufacturing environment. •Load and unload high-temperature ovens for the metal pouring process •Assist with melt operations, including filtering, applying hot tops, covering, and repairing molds •Monitor and maintain temperature control; perform deslagging procedures as required •Disassemble, clean, and rebuild melt pots to ensure safe and efficient operation •Perform additional related duties as assigned by supervision •Adhere to all NOV company policies and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards •Read and interpret work orders to determine production requirements Qualifications: •High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required •Demonstrated capacity to read, write, and communicate effectively in English •General knowledge of quality control principles required •Prior experience or familiarity with the investment casting (lost wax) process preferred •Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays Compensation: •401(k) Retirement Plan – NOV matches every dollar up to 5% of base pay and overtime for every dollar you invest Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
