Required Skills: •You’re our first hire dedicated to helping customers leverage the full power of Robo. You’ll work directly with innovative pharma companies to scope important areas of work, use Robo alongside and on behalf of their teams, and ensure we deliver work they can trust. You’ll develop deep expertise in using frontier AI to evaluate therapeutic programs. •Understand the areas they need to cover and how they want to evaluate opportunities, then use Robo alongside and on behalf of their teams to build the system, do the work, and ensure the output is excellent. •Help customers get the most out of Robo. •Lead onboarding, work closely with them as they use the platform, and build the systems and materials that let us scale. •Help the engineering team improve the platform. •Bring what you learn from real customer work back into the product and help us continuously improve what Robo can do. •This role exists because we now have major pharma customers trusting Robo with increasingly important projects. You’ll work very closely with the founders and sit at the intersection of our customers, the science, and the product. As we grow, you’ll help us build out this function and define how we deliver this model at scale. •3+ years working in pharma or closely alongside pharma teams is strongly preferred. Qualifications: •Scientific training in a human-biology related field. PhD preferred but not required.
