You will be responsible for recruiting all required positions across the entire company—from machine operators and maintenance mechanics on the plant floor to QA/QC managers and corporate leadership. •Full-Cycle Recruiting Across All Levels: Own the entire hiring process from opening a requisition to extending the offer for every department. You will source, screen, interview, and close candidates ranging from specialized electro-mechanical technicians and line operators to C-suite executives. •Build the Engine: Select, implement, and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. •Strategic Partnership: Work directly with the CEO and department heads to forecast hiring needs, define job requirements, and establish competitive compensation ranges. •Employer Branding: Tell the Pronto story.
