Required Skills: - Own the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close. - Build sourcing strategies and pipelines from scratch for hard-to-fill technical, research, and policy roles. - Design and continuously improve the interview process with structured rubrics, scorecards, and calibration. - Set up recruiting infrastructure: ATS configuration, sourcing tools, and reporting. - Translate ambiguous role needs into clear job descriptions, leveling, and hiring plans. - Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, representing mission and culture. - Develop employer brand and sourcing presence within AI safety, technical research, and adjacent policy communities. - Partner with People Operations on offer construction, compensation benchmarking, and onboarding handoff. - Scale and automate recruiting workflows, including through AI tools. - Prioritize effectively across concurrent open reqs.
