Hiring: Founding GTM Company: Syncly (YC W23) Location: San Francisco Bay Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:43:26 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : AES, Content Strategy, SaaS About the job Experience: •2 - 5 years in a SaaS GTM role: sales, growth, sales development, or a combination •5 years in a SaaS GTM role: sales, growth, sales development, or a combination Required Skills: •Your single goal: fill the founders' and AEs' calendars with qualified meetings with the right people at consumer brands, agencies, or marketing technology buyers, ideally across beauty, CPG, retail, or e-commerce. •Work directly with the founders and with the person who currently owns paid, SEO, and attribution. •This is a high-ownership role for a curious, proactive individual who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and enjoys building pipelines and relationships. •Own end-to-end planning and execution for Syncly’s event strategy, and book meetings around them. •Manage budgets, vendors, venues, and logistics, and build repeatable processes. Track and report on event ROI. •Build target lists, run multi-threaded sequences across email, LinkedIn, and calls. •Test messaging, call scripts, and outbound sequences, and iterate based on results. •Define Syncly’s content strategy and develop blog posts, newsletters, customer case studies, competitive narratives, and other top-of-funnel materials. Qualifications: •Background in Social listening, influencer and creator platforms, or martech. •Existing relationships with marketing, social, or digital leaders at consumer brands •Prior exposure to these tools means familiarity with both the buyer and the competitive landscape •Operational familiarity with social platforms as both a GTM and a power user Compensation: •$100,000 - $150,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
