Required Skills: •Build Real-Time AI Infrastructure •Design systems that ingest huge volumes of enterprise AI activity and make decisions against it with extremely low latency. •Build detection and enforcement systems capable of identifying dangerous agent behaviour, tool misuse, prompt injection and data exfiltration before it happens. •Take major parts of the platform from architecture through production, shipping directly to enterprise customers within weeks. •Partner with major enterprises during POCs and deployments, understand their problems and build solutions in real time. •0–5+ years of software engineering experience, with exceptional backend or full-stack fundamentals. •Comfortable taking complete ownership and operating with very little structure or scaffolding. •Particularly interested in distributed systems, real-time data infrastructure, security, applied ML or low-latency systems experience.
