Required Skills: •Their technology is already being deployed inside multiple multi-billion-dollar enterprises, and customer demand is growing faster than the team can currently support. •They're now adding a Forward Deployed Engineer in a foundational seat to help solve one of the biggest challenges in AI today: taking the capabilities of frontier models and making them actually work, reliably and at scale, inside complex enterprises. •Lead technical implementations from discovery through successful production deployment. •Translate complex business requirements into scalable software solutions. •Design and build integrations between AI applications, cloud platforms, internal systems, and third-party enterprise tools. •Develop resilient, maintainable software capable of supporting enterprise-scale production workloads. •Create testing, validation, monitoring, and deployment processes that ensure reliability and long-term success. •Troubleshoot issues across backend services, integrations, infrastructure, and customer environments while driving permanent improvements. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience. •Proven experience developing and deploying production software. •Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript. •Hands-on experience applying modern AI technologies within production software environments. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues. •Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. •Demonstrated capacity to work onsite in the Greater Los Angeles area.
