Qualifications: •The Forensics Manager performs litigation, forensics, dispute resolutions, and business valuations. Manages litigation engagements, fraud engagements, and valuation engagements. Works with clients and attorneys. Responsible for client work and lead and develop staff team members for their personal growth and firm growth. •Performs technical review of workpapers and reports. •Reviews valuation and forensic analysis, including interpretation of financial statements and expert witness exhibits. •Manages engagements including planning, scoping, budgeting, and execution. •Takes responsibility for accuracy of information and work in all aspects of a client assignment from beginning to end. •Works with discovery team to reconcile documents and data produced in preparation for submission and proposals to courts, attorneys, and clients. •Provides on-the-job training to other department staff. •Anticipates and analyzes problem areas and questions that will arise during the project and recommend solutions. •Keeps Senior Manager/Partner informed of all important developments and work with the team to document findings and case issues. •Developing knowledge of the relevant statutory and family codes and their applicability to accounting principles in performance of forensic accounting.
