In addition to ensuring safety rules are always followed, they develop work schedules based upon the availability of employees or contractors and weather conditions. •Lead, Manage and be Accountable (LMA) for their direct reports. •Perform the roles and responsibilities for Foreman as listed on the Accountability Chart. •Report project progress to superiors. •Develop a work schedule for workers. •Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors. •Ensure that a project is adequately staffed. •Assign tasks to construction workers. Qualifications: •High school diploma/GED or equivalent. •One plus years of leadership experience. •Seven plus years of experience in the construction industry. •Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive on behalf of company business. •The following safety training is preferred, but not mandatory.
