Required Skills: •Coordinate daily FTZ activities in accordance with CTDI procedures, customer requirements, CBP regulations, and FTZ operational requirements. •Review inbound shipment documentation and support FTZ admissions by validating shipment details, inventory status, and supporting records. •Coordinate outbound FTZ transactions including withdrawals, transfers, exports, and other merchandise movements. •Maintain compliance with CBP regulations, FTZ requirements, and internal controls. •Support required FTZ filings and operational documentation, including e214 admissions, in-bond movements, transfers, withdrawals, exports, and weekly entry processes. •Maintain accurate FTZ inventory records across WMS, ERP, FTZ, broker, and customer systems. •Reconcile inventory transactions and investigate inventory discrepancies or shipment variances. •Support physical inventories, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities related to FTZ-controlled merchandise. Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent required. •Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, Trade Compliance, or a related field preferred.
