Required Skills: •Design and present color concepts for footwear within various sport categories, specifically the Basketball category. •Be a key partner in developing seasonal colorways that align with our greater color strategy. •Partner cross-functionally with product designers and fellow color/material designers to create go-to-market concepts. •Participate in design reviews with fellow footwear teammates offering insight and inspiration to the greater team •Provide product conceptualization and alternatives that meet the needs of the product as outlined by product marketing and the product brief. •Demonstrated capacity to push the boundaries in Footwear color, think outside the box and bring unique ideas to life Qualifications: •Attention to detail and experience multitasking and working under tight deadlines. •Passion every day to design compelling and cutting-edge product. •Solid understanding of construction and materials; preferably well versed in manufacturing techniques. •Strong taste level when it comes to color theory, color application and trends. •Demonstrated capacity to express concepts and ideas through sketching. •Strong presentation skills and comfortable working with a group. •Must be detail oriented, able to prioritize tasks and to successfully meet multiple deadlines •BFA or Graphic Design, Material Design, Fine Art, or a related field with 3+ years' experience. •Advanced user of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) •Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.
