This role ensures consistent product flow, quality wrapping, accurate documentation, and proper maintenance of equipment while supporting overall production goals. •Prepare Carle & Montanari foiling machines for safe and efficient startup. •Load and align products into the feeder track using jog function. •Thread and align wrapping foil through the feeder system to ensure proper placement. •Start the machine and continuously monitor product feeding and wrapping processes for accuracy and consistency. •Perform and record all required quality checks, ensuring data is accurate and submitted on time. •Keep foiling fingers and wrapper guides clean and free from chocolate buildup to maintain wrap quality. •Communicate machine downtime and causes clearly to management.
