Hiring: Flower Technician III Company: Trulieve Location: Phoenix, AZ Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 22:33:16 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Phoenix, SAP About the job Experience: •1+ year in working with processing quality at Trulieve •2 years working with equivalent equipment complexity •21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV) Required Skills: •Responsible for properly operating flower packaging and automated label application equipment; ensuring incoming cannabis flower materials by confirming specifications, confirming compliance accordance; conducting visual and measurement tests; assist in printing labels; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. •Ensure incoming inspections of incoming batches of flower and pre roll material are being performed •Ensure proper bud size per brand standard, weigh out and package flower and/or pre rolls during and after machine operation •Perform proper setup and change over of equipment to ensure efficient operation of preroll, packaging, and labeling equipment •Trained and have been signed off to operate and monitor machinery at least three packaging machines, including but not limited to sealers, label printers (if applicable), Apollo, Combi lifts, Paxium, etc. •Trained to perform machine setup, changeover, and troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to maintenance •Conduct and document routine equipment checks and minor adjustments during operations •Fill out all proper paperwork checks and PM documentation, submitting any issues with equipment to leads and Facilities and Maintenance Qualifications: •Ensure timeliness of return from breaks •Work in a fast-paced controlled environment •Interface directly with chemicals, oils, and sharp objects •Able to work under minimum supervision •Able to work under pressure •Able to manage changes in working schedule •Minimum 6 months in the Flower Technician II role or 2 years working with equivalent equipment complexity •SAP/Emaint/state mandated system (Metrc, Biotrack, MJ Freeway) entry experience preferred •Outstanding communication, documentation, and organizational skills •High School Diploma or equivalent Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Competitive benefits and rewards package •A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
