Hiring: Flower Technician I (12:00am-8:00am) Company: Trulieve Location: Midway, FL Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:33:16 Employment Type: Remote About the job Experience: •Ensure timeliness of return from breaks •Work in a fast-paced controlled environment •Interface directly with chemicals, oils, and sharp objects •Processing quality experience a plus •Able to work under minimum supervision Required Skills: •Responsible for ensuring incoming cannabis flower materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials. •Perform incoming inspections of incoming batches of flower and pre roll material •Ensure proper bud size per brand standard, weigh out and package flower and/or pre rolls •Receive raw batched items and ensure appropriate storage •Ensure that all raw batch items in kits received are of good quality and appropriate quantity •Sort batch items according to their type and fill out verification paperwork for raw materials •Ensure that the same type of batched items are stored together •Perform all counts and fill out all required documentation Qualifications: •Work in close proximity and with cannabis flower and particulates on a daily basis •High School Diploma or equivalent •Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV) •Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening •Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance •Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks •Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection) •Must be able to speak and communicate at conversational proficiency with co-workers and leadership •Working in an environment with equipment that produces continuous low-level sound (Moderate noise) •40 hours weekly. Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays.
