Hiring: Flow Controller: Sun-Wed 630AM-5PM Company: ID Logistics US Location: Greater Ocala Area Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 14:07:20 About the job Required Skills: •Provide excellent customer service and manage incoming calls. •Verify incoming and outgoing shipments by comparing identifying information and measuring items against bills of lading, invoices, and orders. •Schedule and review daily delivery and carrier appointments. •Process incoming deliveries and check in/out all tractors and trailers promptly. •Complete and process outbound loads accurately. Resolve any issues with shipping and/or receiving with internal staff. •Complete and file all daily audits/reports and paperwork, including but not limited to TDR verification, yard audits, Dockmaster Updates, FUD Reports, Peculiar inventory tracking, etc. •Maintain effective communication, visibility and actively participate within the team and all staffing needs and with IB/OB clerks. •Resolve shipping and receiving issues in collaboration with internal teams. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education. •3 months verifiable customer service experience. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Outstanding computer and data entry skills.
