This position may also mop, sweep, dust, wash windows, shampoo and vacuum carpets, arrange furniture, etc. and generally clean furniture, equipment, fixtures and hardware. •Maintains all floor surfaces. •Buffs and waxes floors, strips and waxes floors, top scrubs and waxes floors. •Extracts and vacuums carpets as directed by Supervisor. •Utilizes proper chemicals and equipment. •Reports repair needs to Supervisor or maintenance department as appropriate. •Requests needed supplies and equipment from Supervisor. •Identifies and corrects safety hazards and abides by safety rules. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to read, write, and speak the English language.
