(Experience is a must.) •Prepare the press for printing and die-cutting. •Load substrate, install tooling, mount plates, set print impression, and adjust the press. •Ensure that substrate, ink, and tooling meet required specifications. •Adjust ink distribution, speed, and temperature in the drying chamber. •Troubleshoot and correct print issues quickly to minimize downtime and material waste. •Perform routine maintenance, including oiling, cleaning, and minor repairs.
