Qualifications: •OS Proficiency: Advanced command of Linux/Unix environments, including the ability to navigate file systems, analyze logs, and write/modify code to interface with hardware. •Systems Engineering: Deep understanding of the dependencies between hardware sensors (Lidar, Radar, Cameras) and software processing units. •Analytical Ability: Proven ability to troubleshoot non-linear problems using vehicle diagnostic equipment and software debuggers. •Demonstrated capacity to perform precision electromechanical work, including lifting 50 lbs and working in various physical orientations to access vehicle internals. •Programming: Proficiency in Python or C++ for creating diagnostic scripts. •High-Voltage Safety: High Voltage (HV) safety certification or EPA 609 refrigerant certification. •Domain Expertise: Direct experience with Electric Vehicle (EV) powertrains or Autonomous Vehicle (AV) sensor calibration. •Methodology: Familiarity with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies.
