Hiring: Fleet Maintenance Supervisor | Swing Shift Company: Recology Location: San Francisco, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 13:19:20 About the job Required Skills: •Monitors workflow, adjusts schedules, and assigns employees as appropriate to rebalance workload when necessary to minimize downtime. •Supports the Equipment Maintenance Manager in ensuring all facets of the maintenance operations are met. •Ensures that maintenance personnel adhere to established policies for inspection, maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment in addition to ensuring all company policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreement (as applicable) are followed. •Assists with purchasing of parts, supplies, tools, and machinery, as required, in support of the maintenance operation. •Assists with recordkeeping tasks related to service, repair, parts, inventory, vehicles, and equipment activities. •Must be able to work any assigned shift and respond to equipment emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
