Required Skills: •Lead maintenance activities across the crushing, conveying, ADR process plant, and heap leach facilities to maximize equipment reliability and availability. •Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs. •Support commissioning, startup, and maintenance readiness for the new facility. •Oversee maintenance of fixed plant equipment, including crushers, conveyors, pumps, piping, hydraulic and lubrication systems, electrical and instrumentation systems, leach solution distribution, carbon handling, elution circuits, electrowinning, reagent systems, and related infrastructure. •Implement condition monitoring programs, including vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis. •Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing maintenance team while managing contractors and external service providers. •Establish maintenance procedures, SOPs, asset registers, and CMMS standards. •Plan maintenance resources, spare parts, tooling, and contractor support. Qualifications: •Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices. •Greenfield or commissioning experience preferred. •Mechanical trade certification, technical diploma, or related degree is an asset. •Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
