Required Skills: •We’re seeking a Fisheries Market Lead to help share and grow our fisheries business across the Northwest region. In this role, you will drive market growth, project excellence, and team development, which serving as a trusted partner to clients and a leader within our organization. •As a seller-doer, you’ll play a central role in advancing our fisheries practice – balancing hands-on technical delivery with strategic business development and client engagement. You will lead high-performing teams, strengthen key relationships, and help expand our presence across Washington, Oregon, and the broader Northwest. •Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is required. If not a Washington State PE, must be able to obtain this within one year of hire. •Minimum of 7 years of progressive civil engineering experience. •Ongoing Project Management / Design Management experience providing leadership and oversight of project delivery. •10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience. •Demonstrated ability to lead the design and preparation of plans, specifications, estimates, studies, proposals and/or reports. •Mentoring Access to formal and informal mentoring programs, including dedicated budget for professional development Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, and/or Environmental Engineering. •A Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
